September 12, 2022
This COVID-19 Policy is for in-person US-based trainings and events scheduled for 2022 and beyond.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, all in-person trainings and events may be subject to postponement, cancellation, or moved online at our discretion. With the continuing uncertainties brought on by the pandemic, NARM recommends that all attendees purchase travel insurance if you are making travel arrangements to join one of our trainings or events in person.
At this time, we have the following COVID-19 protocols and precautions in place for all our in-person trainings and events:
-
Masks will be recommended, but not required, for all indoor meetings. We will be mindful of practicing social distancing while indoors, space permitting.
-
If you are feeling ill or have been exposed to anyone who has been ill, please ensure that you have isolated for at least 5 days prior to attending the training or event, as you are most infectious during the first 5 days. Proof of a negative COVID-19 test will be required for entry
-
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, we follow the CDC guidelines that require you to have isolated for five (5) days and be fever-free for 24-hours along with proof of a negative COVID-19 test before attending the training. We also require you to wear a high-quality mask for the duration of the training.
-
All participants attending an in person training will be required to sign a COVID-19 release form. Release forms will be electronically sent to you prior to the training and will also be available at the trainings to sign before entering. If individuals do not sign the COVID-19 release form, they will not be allowed to attend the in person training.
-
If you are showing COVID-19 symptoms during a NARM training or event, you may be asked to depart early for the health and safety of the group. We ask that you please respect our decisions on this and leave immediately if asked.
-
The NARM Training Institute, LLC can not guarantee that you will not become infected with or exposed to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. You should understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of venue staff and others, including, but not limited to, NARM Training Institute staff, Training Assistants and other training participants.
If you are uncomfortable with anything included in this policy we encourage you to stay home. We have online options available or you can wait to take the in person training at a time where you are more comfortable.
Please note that this policy is subject to change, and that we will update all registered participants on any changes made to this policy as the COVID-19 situation evolves.
Our mission is to support healing and well-being in the world. Therefore, during our trainings, it is our main priority to create a safe and secure learning environment for all training participants. Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
The NARM Training Institute
