Sherri Sharkins, MA, SEP
Sherri is a NARM Therapist and NARM Senior Training Assistant. She received her Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis is Depth Psychotherapy from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She is certified in Somatic Experiencing (SE) and works as the Program Director for A Sober Way Home, a drug and alcohol treatment facility in Prescott AZ. She employs attachment focused therapy informed by the Neuro-affective Relational Model (NARM) and Diane Poole Heller’s Dynamic Attachment Repatterning (DARe) and specializes in working with clients who suffer from relational and developmental trauma. Sherri integrates a bottom up (body-centered) and top down (cognitive behavioral) approach to access unconscious beliefs and patterns of behavior that limit one’s connection with self and others.
